Protecting, preserving and restoring habitat now affects future generations of animals and humans alike. Our children deserve a better world than the one they will most likely inherit if we don’t step up our habitat preservation efforts. It is through no fault of theirs that the environment is currently in jeopardy and that wildlife and natural habitat continue to steadily diminish in alarmingly disproportionate quantities each year. The responsibility for changing these accelerating trends rest squarely on the shoulders of those living in the present. It is our burden to recalibrate our attitudes and actions toward habitat protection, preservation and restoration to make this world a better place for those future generations. Each person has a responsibility to ensure that the environment and the all the animals that dwell on it continue to flourish or we will bring doom down upon ourselves as well as the animals whose habitat is disappearing ever more quickly.
